Bharathi is a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist with over 12 years of clinical expertise in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. She is dedicated to delivering personalised, evidence-based care that empowers individuals to achieve their physical goals, improve function, and maintain long-term independence. Bharathi provides patient-centred rehabilitation across clinic, GP, and home-visit settings, ensuring care is accessible, responsive, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

Bharathi holds a Master of Physiotherapy from Apollo College of Physiotherapy, India, and an MSc in Global Healthcare Management from Coventry University, UK. Her strong academic background is complemented by extensive hands-on experience across diverse healthcare environments, including private clinics, community rehabilitation, and primary care networks.

Throughout her career, Bharathi has worked in key roles including MSK Physiotherapist, First Contact Practitioner (FCP), and Senior Rehabilitation Therapist. She has delivered first-contact assessment and diagnosis within GP practices, supporting early intervention and reducing reliance on medication through effective self-management strategies. In community settings, she has provided specialised neurorehabilitation for individuals with conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and complex elderly care needs, focusing on restoring independence and improving quality of life.

Bharathi is highly proficient in advanced manual therapy and rehabilitation techniques, including joint mobilisation and manipulation, myofascial release, dry needling, cupping therapy, and taping. She integrates these with exercise-based rehabilitation approaches such as Pilates, functional training, and task-oriented neurorehabilitation techniques including PNF and NDT. Her approach emphasises movement, education, and long-term self-management to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Committed to continuous professional development, Bharathi has completed a wide range of specialist training in areas such as Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, MAT Pilates, kinesiology taping, blood flow restriction training, and neurological rehabilitation. She consistently updates her clinical practice in line with the latest research and best practice guidelines.

Known for her strong clinical reasoning, clear communication, and compassionate approach, Bharathi works closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care. She is HCPC and CSP registered and maintains the highest standards of clinical governance and professional practice.
